The scale and pace of change across the NHS in England is unprecedented since its inception in 1947. The Health and Social Care Act 2011 and the requirements to make year-on-year scale productivity improvements and cashable savings, delivered through the QIPP initiative, are changing many aspects of the NHS and also challenging values that have built up over the last 60 years.
We work with all parts of the NHS to transform operation. Our work ranges from wholesale service transformation in the acute sector in England to running key systems such as ePharmacy for NHS Scotland.
With over 1 million patient interventions every day, the NHS has an abundance of data. The value of this data is realised by enabling clinicians to deliver higher quality patient care and by providing patients with greater involvement in their care.
