What you'll be doing
Atos provides leading edge technology solutions to a large number of high-profile clients. Our service packages range from maintenance, through user support and hotline operations, to guaranteed service levels with fixed problem resolution times, and our Business Operation Managers lead specialist teams and manage key projects to make this happen.
You’ll be part of a team that is passionate about supporting our clients to achieve their business goals, ensuring all of the systems and infrastructure we provide are running smoothly. Using your analytical skills to find the root causes of the issue, your ability to lead internal teams to find a resolution, and predictive analysis to highlight potential future issues, you’ll be focussed on delivering an excellent service to our clients.

What's more, your learning journey will be on-going, through on the job mentoring and structured training courses such as ITIL Foundation, as well as the Institute of Leadership and Management accredited Graduate Programme.
You’ll be working on technology focussed projects, and while this is not a technical role, you will develop an understanding of the technology we deliver, to enable you to communicate effectively with both business and technical colleagues and clients. The pace is busy and fast-moving, so a calm approach and focus under pressure will be essential. You'll also need the capability to manage challenging projects effectively and communicate with confidence and clarity.
