What you'll be doing
The opportunities here are so wide-ranging it’s impossible to describe a typical day. You could be managing technical or business process service delivery for a key client, conducting market analysis, refining our business processes, or getting stuck into more technical operations. To make that happen, you’ll have the support of a diverse range of colleagues while learning how to deliver effective business services to a wide range of clients. We provide technology solutions to a large number of high-profile clients – from well-known consumer brands to high street banks. Our Business Operation Managers lead specialist teams and manage key projects to make it happen. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our clients in achieving their business goals, by ensuring all of the systems and infrastructure we provide are running smoothly. Using your analytical skills to find the root causes of issues, your ability to lead internal teams to find a resolution, and predictive analysis to highlight potential future issues, all convert into us delivering an excellent service to our clients. You could be part of the team who focus on the health market, leading improvements in the way care is delivered, giving control to patients and helping them choose how they manage their health.

Developing and fine-tuning your leadership, project management, communication and problem solving skills, this is the ideal opportunity to demonstrate an outstanding level of customer service. What's more, your learning journey will be ongoing, through on-the-job mentoring and structured training courses such as ITIL Foundation, as well as the Institute of Leadership and Management accredited Graduate Programme. On completing the programme, you’ll have gained a wealth of understanding, built a network of contacts, and will be ready to progress toward senior management.
You will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity, effectiveness under pressure and adaptability across a broad spectrum of challenges. You will take a structured and analytical approach to project management. You could be working on more technology focused projects, and whilst this is not a technical role, you will develop an understanding of the technology we deliver, to enable you to communicate effectively with both business and technical colleagues and clients.
