As a major multinational employer, we have the scope to provide wide and varied HR careers
What you’ll be doing
Atos is every inch a people business, so HR is central to everything we do. During an intensive 18-month programme, you will gain everything you need for a fast-moving HR career. We will also support you to achieve valuable CIPD qualifications, which means we will fund your studies, examinations, CIPD membership fees and give you additional study leave.
You will quickly gain experience across a broad spectrum of HR activities and business areas via a series of placements in different teams.
During these placements, you will work on a variety of projects and make a real contribution across the entire business. Depending which teams you’re in, you can have an impact at every level, from ensuring we have the right people resource in the right place at the right time, to managing our bi-annual performance review cycle, or supporting our employee share ownership scheme. You might get involved with helping to spot high performers and supporting their career development, or with advising employees at all levels of key policies, making sure we keep up to date with changes in employment legislation.
As a large organisation we are changing and growing all the time, so you could be involved with managing the transition of employees from another organisation into Atos; you could even find yourself helping us recruit the next generation of graduate talent!
As a major multinational employer, we have the scope to provide wide and varied HR careers. In our busy and vibrant HR team you will deliver leading edge support across all areas of the business, and enjoy diverse and interesting work, with new challenges every day. As you will be rotating with varied teams, the HR scheme will give you great exposure to all areas of the business and you quickly learn from a holistic perspective how the business works. We will encourage you to contribute your own innovations, adding significant value to our people strategy.
You will need to be a solid team player and possess strong interpersonal skills with high levels of energy, drive and initiative. Clear communication will be essential, as well as the ability combine operational hands-on work with strategic projects.
