Atos is every inch a people business, so HR is central to everything we do. During an intensive 18-month programme, you will gain everything you need for a fast-moving HR career. We will also support you to achieve valuable CIPD qualifications, which means we will fund your studies, examinations, CIPD membership fees and give you additional study leave.
You will quickly gain experience across a broad spectrum of HR activities and business areas via a series of placements in different teams. During these placements, you will work on projects and make a real contribution in disciplines such as Performance Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Reward and Recognition, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Workforce Management.

You could join us from any academic background; you should normally hold a 2:1 degree and bring real determination to make your mark on some far-reaching projects.
