My job summed up:
My job is challenging but enjoyable, allowing me to develop my skills and use them in the workplace. I am part of our busy scheduling team, handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, and acting as point-of-contact for customer enquiries and appointments.
What impact do you feel you’ve had since joining?
I have brought a lot of enthusiasm and new ideas to the team. Doing my jobs to the best of my ability, I am willing to give anything a go, and really make sure I take ownership of customer enquiries. This is all about resolving queries and making sure we give our customers a good service.
What have you learned since starting you’re apprenticeship?
I have learned a lot during my apprenticeship so far, and have been able to transfer my pre-existing skills and knowledge into the role. I’ve gained the ability to interact with customers, how to deal with issues that may arise, and how to work effectively within a team.
