My job summed up:
My role involves providing support to new and current health practitioners, working closely with over 50 assessment centres all over the UK. I deal mainly with providing laptops, RSA and Crypts’ which allows staff to access systems while working on home consultations. I also deal with the online training which new health practitioners have to complete before they move onto their classroom training.
What impact do you feel you’ve had since joining?
I have contributed greatly to my team, and taken a lot of weight off my colleagues’ shoulders, being able to provide a more efficient way to streamline our workload.
What have you learned since starting you’re apprenticeship?
My knowledge of a company with such a large workforce all over the globe has improved vastly. Atos has broadened my knowledge of the business world. Since starting I have worked closely with my colleagues on employee support and have learned the processes needed to work within employee support. I have been given my own responsibilities such as e-learning for new practitioners, giving them technical support and creating reports to show managers their progress.
