Join our Business Administration & Customer Care scheme in one of the following roles:

Quality Analyst, Crewe or Durham

Our Quality Analyst roles are all about supporting our quality assurance and knowledge base management. You'll be analysing the quality of work completed by our IT Service Desk teams, ensuring a standard approach. You’ll identify and highlight trends to find simple and effective solutions to recurring issues, and help us ensure our service desks are working consistently and effectively.

Service Desk Support, Durham

The IT Service Desk support team manages projects and communication for all levels of staff. You'll analyse data to provide timely communications, guidance and statistical information to the team leaders, helping to ensure a consistent and standard approach as you review completion of team targets and deadlines. You'll also produce presentations on the status of key projects, and check that accurate reports and records are produced and maintained.

Service Desk Trainer, Livingston

As part of the service desk training team, you'll help deliver high-quality training interventions, including Induction, Product and Customer Service training courses to customer- facing employees. You’ll develop and deliver training for individuals and teams, as well as analysing training needs and, validating and signing-off competencies after each training course. You'll also organise course bookings and scheduling, evaluating the effectiveness of training delivered.

Procurement Support, Guildford

You'll join our Digital Self Service team, the leading supplier of self-service kiosks to the UK rail and hotel industries. In this busy team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, managing items through to completion using internal systems and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You will manage email enquiries, as well as day-to-day supplier management. This role is a great starting point for a career in procurement.

Customer Service Advisor, Stockton or Durham

Whichever part of the team you join, you'll build a range of administrative and customer service skills in a busy and fast-paced environment. You could be handling inbound and outbound calls from our customers, taking ownership of customer queries, scheduling customer appointments and building an understanding of our policies and procedures. Or you could be acting as administrative support to colleagues, ensuring all administrative preparation is in place for customer appointments. Working with internal and external customers, you'll improve your organisation and communications skills to become a credit to any team.

Business Administrator, Livingston or London

Working in our Business Office, you will support the delivery of proposals for IT services within our Solutions Management area of the business. You will validate and process proposal requests from receipt of initial enquiries, tracking and managing regular updates through to proposal completion, ensuring adherence to key policies and procedures and managing any issues that may arise. You will also provide administrative support to the team, helping to provide an excellent service to our clients.>
