Put simply, you’ll gain a useful introduction into how our business works. Over the course of a 3 month internship you could be placed in recognition and reward; recruitment; grievance and disciplinary; or appraisal and performance. Following this, you’ll be perfectly placed to further develop your career as a generalist or to specialise in one of these areas.

It’s a great way to start building a generalist HR grounding. It’s also a fantastic audition for people who are interested in joining our graduate programme once they’ve completed their studies.

To join us, you’ll need to be expecting a 2:1 in any degree discipline. You will need to demonstrate a business or management focus, and an understanding of organisational psychology would be very useful. You’ll be based in London or the Midlands, but you’ll need to be flexible, as some placements may require UK travel.
