You’ll form the link between internal teams and our suppliers and customers, all the while learning how we manage service level agreements (SLAs) – both our own and those of our suppliers. Rotations vary in length and are project-based. You can expect to be managing multiple live projects from the start. In a real sense, this programme will teach you about delivery – how well we deliver on our promises is ultimately what determines our business success.
We also have opportunities in our Presales team. You’ll be working in a change management environment where you will be supporting Customer Change Requests through the Sales and Design process. You will be given the opportunity to work in a number of different roles - from designing, planning and costing bespoke solutions that meet customer requirements, to writing the Proposal document which is presented to the Customer – you can expect real responsibility from day one.
What will I gain?
As well as valuable, multi-project experience, you can also expect a wealth of professional and area-specific training. We’ll support you as you work through ITIL Service Management, for example, and you may also work towards attaining PRINCE2.
What do I need?
2:2 or above, in any discipline. These roles sit somewhere between technical and sales roles, so you’ll need a business and management background combined with a good level of technical understanding. We’re looking for strong characters with plenty of confidence, as you’ll be working across a lot of teams. Expect the opportunity to progress into a variety of roles, including account management, sales, project management, supplier management, costing & pricing, technical design, requirements capture and process design to name a few.
Where will I be based?
You will primarily be based in London, but you should be UK mobile.
When is the application deadline?
The closing date for new applications for this scheme is on 31st May 2012. Please note that we do recruit and review candidates on an on-going basis and may consider candidates for final stage prior to the closing date.
