This programme consists of a series of flexible rotations. Depending on the business needs at the time, your assignments could be in a range of different sectors (including transport, public sector, healthcare or enterprise) to develop a graduate programme that really works for you. Each placement is a live role and you’ll be in front of clients from the start, honing your sales and relationship-building skills. At the same time, you’ll also work closely with marketing.
What will I gain?
Expect to develop both high-level sales skills and important client-facing experience. You’ll receive a wide range of role-specific training over the course of your programme.
What do I need?
2:2 or above, in any discipline. Your academic background isn’t as important as your personality – which needs to be ambitious, driven, confident and outgoing. You’ll be offering technical solutions to our clients’ problems, so you should be comfortable when talking about technical issues.
Where will I be based?
You’ll be based primarily in London, Birmingham or Livingston, but you should be flexible as some UK travel is required.
