What will I be doing?

With this programme, we’re growing the operational leaders of the future. Over the course of four six-month rotations, you’ll focus on healthcare – one of our biggest businesses. Placements will be based in our contract with the DWP (Department for Work and Pensions); occupational health; and a central business function such as sales or finance. These placements will provide a rounded insight of our business, while ensuring you are ideally placed to decide your final placement, and to define where you see your long-term future in Atos Healthcare.

Occupational Health: you’ll be working on specific projects or managing operational teams who deliver a broad range of healthcare services for the employees of our clients.
 
DWP: you’ll be working on specific projects or managing teams responsible for delivering nearly one million medical assessments annually, across a national network of administration centres.

What will I gain?

You’ll be in a frontline, client-facing role from the start. You’ll gain real management experience, all the while building excellent knowledge of our healthcare business. On completing the programme you’ll have gained a wealth of experience, built a network of contacts and be ready to cement your place as a future leader of Atos Healthcare.

What do I need?

2:1 or above, in any discipline (or master’s or relevant work experience). We’re looking for people with a good business background and ideally studying a business-related degree. If not then we’d like to see some evidence that you have a solid business understanding. You’ll also need impressive organisational ability and the personal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of people.

Where will I be based?

You’ll need to be flexible for this opportunity – placements will be UK wide.
