This programme will give you a detailed insight into the way our business works. Across a number of placements, you’ll learn about crucial areas of business finance, from preparing public accounts and management accounting to internal audit and risk. At the end of the programme, you’ll not only have an impressive amount of finance expertise – you should also have a good idea about where you want to take your career in the future.

What will I gain?

As well as offering the chance to develop a useful overview of a large modern business and its finances, we’ll sponsor you to attain CIMA status. This includes support and study leave.

What do I need?

2:1 or above. We’re looking for people who have studied any degree discipline but with strong numeracy skills. You’ll also need a keen interest in finance and an understanding of its importance in modern business.

Where will I be based?

In London, but you’ll need to be flexible as some placements may require UK travel.

Interns

Summer internships are also available for this business area, based in London. The placement lasts three months and will see you focus on a single project in one of the areas above. We see this as a great audition for people who are interested in joining our graduate programme once they’ve completed their studies.
